Eight Metairie Bank employees serve as volunteer mentors with Each One Save One’s mentoring program MentorNOLA. Each week they meet with their mentees at a Ella Dolhonde Elementary School, right across the street from the Main Office Branch. On May 18th, the students had an opportunity to visit their mentors at work. Metairie Bank invited MentorNOLA mentees from an amazing tour of the bank. Our students visited the board room, “banking school”, vault and more. They learned valuable banking skills and even had the opportunity to cash a check!
